The task of a Steering Committee extends beyond merely gathering distinguished international experts around a table. The primary goal is to select scholars and professionals who align with the objectives of the conference. BIC25 aims to address the most pressing issues at the intersection of digital currencies, finance, and regulatory innovation. Ultimately, the success of our efforts will be determined by the outcomes of the conference. I am deeply grateful to all the Committee members who have contributed to making this possible.
