We are pleased to announce that the Italian Commission for the Accreditation of Training Activities, established by Article 19 of Regulation No. 6/2014 of the Italian Bar Council (CNF), granted accreditation for this event on April 9, 2025. The conference participants will earn nine training credits, as stipulated in Article 20, paragraph 2, letter b) of the current regulations.

Also, we have considered an online participation accreditation request.

50% discount applied to EBI and Unifi members and limited free-pass for university students and ELDA Alumni(*) are available at info@bic25.org.

Complete Registration at BABEL

After selecting your pass, you'll be redirected to the BABEL registration portal where you'll need to provide your personal information and details required for the conference.

Make Payment via pagoPA

Once registration is complete, you'll be directed to the pagoPA payment system through the IRIS portal of the Tuscany Region. You can make payment using credit cards or PayPal.

Receive Confirmation

After successful payment, you'll receive a confirmation e-mail.

* Please ensure that you securely store your identification (ID) and your unique QR code. When you arrive at the conference, kindly present both at the welcome desk on the opening day. This will facilitate a smooth check-in process and help you receive your conference materials and schedule promptly. Thank you for your cooperation!

Special Cases & FAQ

EBI & Unifi Member Discount

Members of the European Banking Institute and University of Florence are eligible for a 50% discount on STANDARD Pass types. You will need to provide proof of affiliation during registration.

Free Pass Eligibility

A limited number of free passes are available for universities students. Please contact the organising committee at info@bic25.org to inquire about eligibility.

Group Registrations

For group registrations (5+ participants), please contact us directly for special arrangements and potentially discounted rates.

Cancellation Policy

Registrations CANNOT BE CANCELLED, and NO REFUNDS are available. We apologize for this strict policy, which is mandated by the University of Florence.
