About the Performance
"Caravaggio" is a groundbreaking ballet inspired by the iconic Italian painter's dramatic life and revolutionary art. Roberto Bolle, principal dancer with American Ballet Theatre and La Scala Theatre Ballet, leads an exceptional ensemble in this visually stunning production.
The performance merges classical ballet technique with contemporary movement, set against projections of Caravaggio's most famous works. The dynamic choreography captures the artist's tumultuous life and mastery of light and shadow (chiaroscuro), bringing the paintings to life through dance.
This production has received international acclaim for its artistic innovation and emotional depth, making it a perfect complement to our conference's exploration of Italian cultural heritage and innovation.
Performance Structure
The show will be presented in two acts with a 30-minute intermission.
During the intermission, guests will return to the Auditorium Foyer to continue with the dinner service, creating a perfect opportunity for networking and discussions before returning to the Main Hall for the second part of the performance.
Event Schedule
The performance will be approximately 90 minutes. Dance is a universal language that transcends verbal communication, making this performance accessible to all attendees regardless of language background.
